They are doing this on the University street as well? I didn't know that. Did you know that Montréal is the only city in North America that has a street, PIE-IX, which has a lane reserved for public transportation on the reverse direction? Every morning, the left-hand-side lane is only for buses and they move on the opposite direction. The funny thing is that this has caused many deaths in Montréal so far. Apparently, people who don't know how this works have been hit by buses and many have died. I read in the paper that they are thinking about changing this. Probably now they recognize that there might be a good reason that Montréal is the only city in North America that does such a thing.
